Energy sector as one of the greatest carbon emitter in Indonesia need to be well tackled. However, such issue is not well understood by young people yet. The workshop was held on 5 May 2025 for students of SMA Kristen Tunas Bangsa, Cakung, Jakarta. In the workshop the students learnt on how severe the effect of global warming, the cause of global warming, and the role of solar energy in reducing carbon emission. After lecture session, the students also got hand-on experience to design a solar light pole for the premises of their school using UPH Off-Grid Solar Calculator software.
