UPH Collaborates with WWF and Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum to Educate about Plastic Waste
Service Learning Community (SLC), an organization in Universitas Pelita Harapan, held an event called Organization Visit 2024. They collaborate with World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) to provide a workshop regarding plastic waste. This event was held on 8th March 2024 at Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum, Depok. The workshop provides insights on steps to recycle wastes and how everyone can reduce plastic waste. Aside from that, they also provide information on how non-governmental organizations contribute to helping communities. From this event, it is hoped that participants are more aware about environmental problems and reduce waste production in everyday life.
